today we celebrated the coming of thais' lil one.  it was a great day with friends! we enjoyed quiches & quesadillas, carrot cakes & muffins, and sara's virgin cocktails.  thais loved her new bassinette and we love her  =)

 

for those of you aware of the freaky crane that stalks our apartment - when natalie arrived, she looked over and saw it by the door and thought "how cute is em, indicating the apartment by buying a cute stork decoration!"  then it stepped towards her and she screamed bloody murder.  sara and petra laughed and took pictures from the kitchen window.  i'm just happy someone else finds the lil shit as scary as i do.
